Simon Tam: President, CEO
Mr. Tam is a businessman with over 25 years of experience building successful private and public companies. As Director of Consolidated Global Diamond Corp., he oversees and is involved in all strategic and operational decisions, including general management, corporate finance, corporate governance, legal, property acquisitions and human resource management. In his career, he has been involved in real estate development, computer and food wholesaling as well as actively leading resources companies since the early 1990's. Mr. Tam has significant experience and knowledge in managing the growth of small cap resource companies.

Mr. Tai Chen: Director
Mr. Chen is well educated in geophysics and other related geosciences. He earned a master's degree in science from National Central University, Taiwan, in 1967 and continued postgraduate studies in geophysics at the University of British Columbia. Mr. Chen was previously the director and president of Cooper Minerals Inc. (formerly known as JNB Development Corp.) from 2000 to 2006, a public company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange for trading. After that, Mr. Chen has continued to provide consulting services for property evaluations and feasibility studies of potential mining ventures, and has maintained close ties within the geosciences community globally.

Craig Walker:  Director
Mr. Walker is presently the owner and manager of a web-site hosting and design company. Prior to that, Mr. Walker was a stock broker until 1997. He has many years of collective experience in the financing and capital investment including raising capital for venture companies. Mr. Walker was a director of several public listed companies and currently serves as a director of one other junior resource company.

J.S.P. Knoetze (Piet): Project Manager
Mr. Knoetze is a qualified geologist with a B.Sc in Geology & Geochemistry, B.Sc Honors in Geochemistry & Geology and a geochemist with over 30 years of experience, having spent his career in South Africa, Ghana and Democratic Republic of Congo.  His past experience includes managing exploration projects of significant scale and the management of underground and opencast mines.  Mr. Knoetze has held senior project management and development positions with Goldfields Ltd., Normandy Ghana Gold, Newmont Ghana Gold, Bonsu Gold Holdings/Gencor, Impala Platinum Mine and Foskor.
